Childbirth Classes
Our 4-week Childbirth series is designed to teach you about the birth process, caring for yourself and your new baby and easing your mind about what to expect in this new adventure. The staff of Positive Choices will teach you about prenatal care, nutrition, labor, delivery and the hospital experience, how to care for and parent your newborn and breastfeeding techniques. Classes are taught by specially trained registered nurses.
Parenting Classes
Coastal Choices Women’s Clinic in Central Florida, offers free parenting classes to help clients prepare for the wonderful journey of parenthood. Our parenting program equips our clients with valuable knowledge on various aspects of parenting, addressing concerns and providing essential resources. Whether they are a first-time parent or need guidance on single parenting, co-parenting, relationships, education, or financial stability, our classes are here to support them every step of the way.
Pregnancy Essentials
At Coastal Choices Women’s Clinic, our mission is to provide clients with the knowledge and tools necessary for a healthy pregnancy. Our course is dedicated to equipping them with practical information to support them throughout all nine months.

- Coping with pregnancy emotions

- Preparing for your baby

Parenthood Essentials
Participating in our ‘Earn While You Learn’ parenting program allows our clients to earn credits while attending classes. These credits can be redeemed in our Baby Boutique, where they will find essential supplies such as clothing, toiletries, diapers, and more. The Baby Boutique is available to our clients throughout their pregnancy and until their child reaches 24 months of age.
Becoming a parent can be overwhelming, particularly for first-time parents. Our parenting classes are an excellent way to prepare for parenthood by addressing concerns and providing valuable resources. They don’t have to navigate this journey alone. We’re here to support them in becoming the best parent they can be. All our classes and resources are offered to our clients at no cost.
